工作经历：
1、2008年9月—至今 IPC 技术与培训总监
2、2000年9月—2008年8月 OK INTERNATIONAL中国有限公司。曾任销售工程师（1年）、工程部经理（4年）、计划采购部经理（2年）、生产部经理（1年）。为公司生产线的建立、工艺技术与指导文件的制定、ISO-9001、ISO-14000 & ISO-18000体制的建立与通过审核、采购与生产管理系统、ROHS的转化做了主导性工作，负责公司ERP系统的核心工作。
3、1998年8月—2000年8月 WKK(王氏港建)中国有限公司工艺技术主管，负责公司的售前客户生产线的配置与售后工艺技术指导工作。
4、1985年8月—1998年7月 原电子工业部工艺研究所，曾参与国家电子元器件可焊性攻关（2年）、片式元器件可爆性测试方法研究（1年）、贴片机设计与制造（4年）、SMT 回流焊炉设备研制（3年）、SMT电子部标准制订（1年）、经营销售处处长（2年）、同时兼任中国电子学会生产技术分会焊接委员会秘书（2年）。
Mr. James Liu
James Liu graduated from the famous Xi'an Jiaotong University. His major is welding and soldering. After graduating, he has been working in electronic production industry for more than 20 years: as a senior engineer of electronic production technology, he had ever worked in an institute of Ministry of Electronic Industry for about 10 years; as a technical superior, he had worked in WKK for 2 years; and as an engineer, senior engineer, sales manager, technical supervisor, purchase & plan manager and production manager, he had worked in OK International for 8 years. From September 2008, he joins IPC as a director of technology and standardization. He is also an internal auditor of ISO 9001, ISO-14000 and ISO-18000. James is a MIT of IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/21, IPC-A-600, IPC-A-620 and J-STD-001. He also has an experienced engineer on ESD control and management of electronic production line.
