2、2006年3月—2010年1月 深南电路有限公司。曾任标准管理工程师（3年）、客服工程师（1年）、质量工程师（1年）。负责标准管理，引入和转换客户和行业标准，精通航空和通信类客户要求；作为公司代表参加国标、行业和IPC等标准的制定、修订和评审；作为公司内训师主要培训IPC600、IPC6012、军标、客户标准和其他行业标准；深南电路内部审核员定期审核现场标准执行状况；APQP团队主要成员。
2004年7月—2006年2月 东莞三星视界有限公司。品质保证工程师，负责客户投诉处理，管理客户产线DPPM，和处理返品等售后工作。
Mrs. Sandy Xiao
Sandy Xiao graduated from the Xi'an University of technology. Her major is material science and engineering. After graduating, she has been working in electronic production industry for more than 6 years: as a quality assurance engineer, she had ever worked in Samsung SDI for one and a half years; as a quality engineer, technical superior, she had worked in SCC for about 5 years. From February 2011, she joins IPC as a Technical Resources Coordinator. She is also an internal auditor of IPC-A-600. She also has good knowledge of PCB, including the manufacturing design, technology and specification, and also knows well the main defects and root causes of the typical defect.
