Philip Carmichael, President of IPC Asia Pacific and Adjunct Professor of Monterey Institute of International Studies. Mr. Carmichael has served as AP President and VP of Lexmark, AP President of Haier Group, CEO of Unisteel Technologies Ltd. Mr. Carmichael has 15 years¡¯ experience in Executive level, 26 years in Professional management in Asia Pacific and 38 years¡¯ business experience in China. The companies he served covered full product line, R&D, improve CAGR 30%+ in revenue growth. Mr. Carmichael received his Bachelor¡®s degree in International Business Management from University of Maryland, attended 190 MBA from University of Chicago and obtained Honorary doctorate degree in Business Administration from University of Abertay Dundee.

Dr. Mark Currie is the Global Solder Product Manager for Henkel Electronic Materials LLC. He received both his Ph.D. in solder materials and Bachelor¡¯s degree in manufacturing engineering from the University of Salford, United Kingdom. Mark has over 20 years¡¯ experience in working with solder materials and had previous roles in marketing, product development and process technology development. With Henkel, he has been based in United Kingdom, Malaysia, China, Taiwan, Hungary and currently resides in California, USA.

Cheah Soo Lan

Cheah Soo Lan is appointed by IPC in 2013 as a MIT Master IPC Trainer¨CDesign for Asia region. The trainer was certified CID (2007) and CID+ (2010) with about 10 years of teaching experience. She is currently attached to IPC Asia Pacific as CIT. The trainer has more than 25 years of working experience with various companies and R&D institutions in Singapore and Malaysia, in the last 13 years worked on education and training for PCB design and semiconductor IC Layout design.

Guan Tatt Yeoh

Guan Tatt Yeoh, Senior Application Engineer, ZESTRON South Asia is an active member of the IPC as well as SMTA and has presented the findings of ZESTRON¡¯s research papers at numerous industry events. Yeoh graduated with a degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Silicone Institute of Technology, Malaysia. He has worked continuously within the electronics assembly equipment industry since 1997, mainly in semiconductor, machinery and equipment industry. He has been with ZESTRON since 2009.

Christine Cheu

Inventec Performance Chemicals
Christine Cheu started her career in marketing/sales for 7 years at Delichem, a provider of cleaning chemicals and equipment. She worked in sales for 3 years at Inventec, developing the Southeast Asia market and extended her role to technical support (surface treatment business unit) 5 years ago. Christine holds a Degree majoring in Microbiology and is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
